Where does one go to find this? A light easy place with small plates and interesting selections...does it exist? I visit the city with some regularity but have never come across a place to drop in for a glass amidst my errands, just the usual ho hum northwest spoof and generic imports. When is Terroir going to franchise up here...

Matts in the Market was pouring Cascina Degli Ulivi by the glass last time I was there. I think they had a good Beaujolais by the glass too. The food was very good.
The Harvest Vine has some interesting things, like Txacoli and Irouleguy to go with Basque style small plates. I haven't been there for a while, and heard something about an ownership change, but I am not certain.
