I was reading on another forum about 99, 01, 05 and 07. I have not opened any of mine from these vintages, but if indeed this is the case that is very sad.

Well, I am not part, I am 100%, whatever that means, which is to say Romanian, Hungarian, German, and Slovak - I am missing the Serbian and Ukrainian parts, which are, naturally, more prevalent in Banat (south of Transylvania) and Bucovina (north).

I was completely underwhelmed by Husk. I liked Fig a lot. And for lunch I liked the Two Boroughs Larder a lot.

2006? Could be. But I am very much looking forward to your thoughts... FWIW Galloni had a writeup on a vertical and it included the 2006 (published in June 2012) and while young it seems that he more than enjoyed it so maybe you will be OK.

Oswaldo, I had the 2007 earlier this week and it was fantastic; young of course, but absolutely gorgeous.

By the way, any information about how the currently released and upcoming vintages look for them? I mean 2008, 2009, 2010.

I was asking because you offered your impressions on the wines fo both Mascarellos, but not on the Rinaldi this or the last time. Well, I guess you can only really talk about the ones from bottle. I've only tried the 2008 Marcarini Brunate and I have to say it was spectacular - so much better...
