    the chards are special. but, so are Mount Eden's. and really, I am hoping for Rhys to be a wine that can age well. here's to hoping.

    Totally agree. I've pulled back a little on these. Thought they were amazing at first. Nice wines, but there are many others out there, and a lot of times at better price points. I like Kevin as well and he'll be able to make something unique out of the vineyards he has though.

    in which way do you intend to use circumspect? Anyhow, I just wanted to introduce myself instead of lurking. I've enjoyed reading the posts so far of familiar names. The person that told me about this site was a guy named Filippo, thought I;d mention the referral. I don;t know of a Kane.

    I was emailed today by someone saying this was a great place to check out. As I mentioned before, I've already enjoyed reading several threads that seem very candid and uncut. Wasn't sure of the right way to say hello, but I didn't just want to lurk.
