Well, any sensible editor or writer would simply rewrite the sentence so that it conformed to style without confusion: "the pub offered stout, porter, bitter, india pale ale, black and tan, wheat beer and lager." Now, no confusion.

I have to say, I'm a little disappointed not to have received the traditional welcome to Wine Disorder.

The good producers are all using massale. And you are right, simply rebuilding terraces is not enough. One of the coops has rebuilt terraces very wide and planted at a very low density to permit mechanical work. By the way, Joe, Trollat seemed to be sharp and in very good shape.
