What did you drink tonight?
starting to steamroll on a btl of 2010 puzelat-bonhomme KO "in cot we trust" post work, late night. really dark and deep, yet so fresh, and not exactly clean, but funky in the way it just works. truly inspiring, especially after reading that thread on puzelat rose with this btl already open.....- jason seely

Pian del Ciampolo
Had a bottle of the 07 Pian del Ciampolo @ Frasca in boulder about a month ago.... It was a treat of a sangiovese. It really popped with the mint on the pasta and grilled squash dish. Lingered over a bottle of 04 Ferrando Carema bianca last night with some risotto alla milanese. The two best...- jason seely
