    Red Table Wine

Through 2019 he’s been using Turley cellars. Opening a facility in Victor near his home vineyard, Kirschenmann, but I don’t know if it’s move in ready yet.

    plastic off plastic?

Today I woke thinking about fiberglass fermentation and aging vessels for some reason, and wound up here. I combed the internet for probably too long, referenced "The Dirty Guide to Wine", "Natural Wine for the People" and "Postmodern Winemaking" and came up with almost nothing of substance on...

    Any detectives here?

According to Mariana (Vallana) Olwen Fogarty, who manages sales for the estate, 750s were adopted over 30 years ago. She says, if that's a 720ml it should be from the 1970s. When I know, I'll post the final vintage 720s were used at the estate. Hope I find a few of those lying around!

Make a Dashe for the Avant-Garde Wine Club

I suggest MAS farmhouse for Manhattan, or Vinegar Hill house in Brooklyn. At MAS reservations are recommended, Vinegar Hill does not accept them. MAS doesn't use opentable like most big-time Manhattan joints. Check them out at http://www.masfarmhouse.com/
