fiendishly convenient for me; and free corkage is nice. (based on past experience, Paul would work with us too on eliminating corkage, but i'd be very happy to go to Braeburn.)

I'm also fine with either, I've never been the Hearth which is a big plus in its direction, but Braeburn is about as convenient as a Manhattan restaurant can get for me.
