Big time. Heavy rains led to rivers jumping their banks and chaos has ensued. This map shows the hardest-hit regions near Ahr:

I've read reports from several Mosel makers that they are basically fine.

Their vineyards or their homes. Water would need to rise awfully high to bear heavily on most of the MSR vineyards I've seen.
