I don't think that one is under neocork, but not 100% sure.

I happened to share the '01 Pergaud (before it was named such) with Brezeme himself at Vif in Seattle. I happened to have a random one in the cellar. We were chatting, I mentioned it, and went home to get it. I don't remember any details other than it was great.

I'm honestly not sure...time is flying so much...my generic answer these days is "five years".
