Becky Wasserman RIP

I just heard she passed away last night.

She was a pioneer and leader in bringing high quality Burgundy to the US. She had a great interview with Levi I recommend listening to.

RIP.

Agreed.

Hopefully her son, Peter, will readily carry the ball henceforth. He is a very personable and likable person and has always seemed to be very capable whenever I've been with him.

. . . . . . Pete

She lived 82 years, over 50 of them in Burgundy. She did what she loved, influenced many, opened so many doors for associates and clients and was a success in any meaningful definition of the word.
Were that we are so fortunate.
Best, jim

indeed. the wines in the wine shops and in the restaurants here in america are a better lot because of her life's endeavours.

Oh my gosh, that's so sad. I was just listened to Levi's interview with Jeanne-Marie de Champs...made me think of Becky Wasserman also...
