The Mme and I had a terrific afternoon tasting and visiting with Leslie at Teutonic Wines. Not going to share notes, but just wanted to say these wines are really outstanding and worth looking out for, and if in Portland, a visit is in order. Both whites and reds are excellent. Barnaby focuses on higher elevation vineyards in the Coast Range. Everything was notable but I particularly liked an off-dry Gruner and all the Pinots, as well as a still Pinot Meunier which was very fun. Quite energetic and delineated wines that don't go so far into naturelle as too lose their character and specifity. Highly recommended -
