2018 Vincent, Pinot Noir Armstrong Vineyard

2018 Vincent, Pinot Noir Armstrong Vineyard - May I suggest opening this on an evening when you can follow the wine for several hours, with and without food.
There is satisfaction that comes from enjoying its development over several hours. A bit tight in the early evening, more layered and impressive after an hour or so and then totally engrossing after about four hours in the air. Throughout it all, it’s integrated and correct to the variety; time allows the complexity to unfold.
And by last glass you will be on Wine-Searcher.
Oregon Pinot at its most elevated and honestly, world class!

Jim, wow! You're so silver-tongued and persuasive...and trustworthy.

Thanks for another heads-up on the Vincent.

Similarly, I am quite taken with Ross Cobb's wines and had his Cobb Jack Hill Sonoma Pinot Noir '14 tonight with follow-up thoughts much like yours were on the Vincent.

. . . . . Pete
