Eric, if you’re out there my last bottle and best showing yet of this wine. Velvety and smooth now, all that acid has preserved this bottle. Couldn’t ask for a better wine to have with Wagyu filet mignon from our local Costco. First time I’ve seen them there. Velvety wine with a Velvety steak quite a pair.
