well, it's all relative - but just in case anyone is interested in acquiring some, I want to alert you to the fact that Macarthur's recently acquired what appears to be a very well-stored stash of Trimbach's 90 cfe vt. This apparently was found in the C&E air conditioned warehouse recently and shipped to the DC distributor (it was released by the winery about 8-9 years ago I think). Although it is more expensive now than when a new release - and the local distributor tends to gouge on pricing compared to trimbach's ny distributor - the price is still quite good, especially when compared to what the wine fetches now at auction. It is $100 per bottle.
