I found that when I tried this, the wine became even smellier over time, and opaque too - maybe I should have cleaned out the milk better...

i have read that upwards of 25% of economist subscribers get the magazine simply to be seen with it, and never actually read it. kudos for actual literacy!
 
The most expensive Taiwan Oolongs have a honey flavor that comes from the, um, excretions of a certain kind of leaf-hopper. Considered very desirable. Dong Ding or Tung Ting from Lu Gu -- Dong Ding basically means cold mountaintop -- is a good example. If you read enough tea catalogs you will learn about this.
