They put the patty on the grill, put the cheese on top, then the bun and then surround it with ice and then put a lid over it. The ice melts, steam cooks the cheese and the bun and creates a cheese skirt.
Probably the best burger I've had in a long time.

That's super overwhelming. Especially since I just made this sorry little burger and just opened two 05 burgs to drink with it that were just way to young. I'm just spent.
