Really disappointing. Not this is a bad wine, it's not, it's just not special. I unfortunately loaded up, too, looking for a cheap path to Bonneauian glory.

More or less of a nice Vaucluse VdT, but that's it. Made me think of some of the Pegau VdT's that don't bear much resemblance to Pegau.

I say this never having had Bonneau. But I was expecting something more akin to the Mourre du Tendre CdR Cuvee Gourmets, which is such a great fun wine.

Based on other reports I wonder a little about earlier cuvees - which sounded to have more actual Bonneau juice.

I read somewhere online that this is made by Bonneau's son from grapes from the Var.
