Durney Estate Carmel Valley Monterey County Cabernet Sauvignon '79 --
Dark red.
Forward soft fruit scents, minimal wood, nice tertiary perfume.
Power has mellowed nicely, some cedar and spice, round, stylish, structure, stays in glass well.
Delicious finish with reasonable length. [VERY GOOD - EXCELLENT]
Served with Filet of Beef Roasted with Coffee Beans in Pasilla Chile Broth with Creamy White Grits with Bitter Greens and Wild Mushrooms...
