Goyenechea Borgona Vino Fino Tinto '70??

One bottle of Goyenechea Borgona Vino Fino Tinto '70 has been resting in my cellar for a long time. I believe it may be a blend of Burgundy (whatever that means in Argentina) and Syrah.

Anybody have any thought as to what should I do with it?

Might be merlot and syrah, if this is representative of the 1970 blend. If the price is also representative, then it was an inexpensive bottle... which leads me to guess that, at age 39, you should have a backup bottle at hand.
