The 2005 Jakob Neumer Pinor Noir "Wurtz Weinmann": went rather nicely with unadorned roasted free-range duck. Beautiful match. If someone had told me this was a $25 Willamette Pinot, I'd have been hard pressed to tell them they were wrong. Hell, these days, if someone had told me it was a $50 Willamette Pinot, I'd have believed it. Lots of juicy fruit, good balance. Kudos to Garagiste!
