Opened this Thursday night; nose was lovely: delicate white flowers and yellow mellons poured over stoney flintiness. In the mouth it was a bit astringent and ungenerous. Saturday night, however, the nose is even more lovely and in the mouth it sings with delicate fruit and firm mouthwatering acidity and minerality. I have to believe that this will improve for years.
This is bottled under stelvin. I have a case; maybe I'll be disciplined enough to save a few to see how they age.
