Pretty pinot fruit. Not especially flowery; more sage / saffron, maybe just a note of violets and earth. None left to re-visit on Day 2. (How did that happen?)

I liked the one bottle of this I had last year quite a lot - great burgundy QPR. His '07 Champs Solomon was not up to the same standard though.
