Moet & Chandon Dom Perignon '90 -- Light yellow, lovely aromas, yeast, earth, biscuit, caramel notes, minerals, very expressive, medium complex, no edges, elegant. [E]
Bollinger Grande Annee '90 -- Deeply colored, powerful aromas with slight oxidation, medium acid, creamy texture, round, showed its pedigree despite the premature aging. [NR]
