The shop is called DALMAYER am Marienplatz.
Once on the Marienplatz go towards Opera and you'll pass the shop.
There is also just around the corner from Marienplatz also towards the opera square
a FRANKEN wine shop. Great wines there and only Franken wines

Dallmayr has indeed a good selection (though prices to match).
And the above recommended www.walterundbenjamin.de is also pretty central and has a very smart German portfolio. They have lots of stuff that is usually hard to find/get and they also like to get the weirder stuff.
Are German wines what they are looking for?
