2007 Chateau d'Oupia Minervois, alc 13%, $12...60% Carignan,
30% Syrah, 10% Grenache...great barnyard on the nose...the palate is concentrated, thick and rich with very firm structure...there are still some tannins showing...great potential...good now...So very wonderful

I don't think I've ever had one of these with more than a few years age.

How long do you keep them?

I had an 88 a while back that was a little tired. But the Cuve des Barons from 1986 is still going strong. Generally, I keep that cuve for aging.
