2000 Cavalotto Langhe Nebbiolo.
Wonderful color, classic orangeish rim with a solid, deep core still intact. Meaty, vivid aromas of what i call "anti-matter" which is something like a very concentrated black truffle on which a singularity can presumably form. Strolls around as if it were actually a barolo, nice.

Fuck yeah, drinking perfectly right now. Reminded me of a Rollin Pernand-Vergelesses i had recently in its definition of mineral, spice and transparency into the soil from which it comes (chavignol in this case). Drink drink drink.
