Quietly slipped into town when I wasn't looking. All settled in and sparkly, delicious and neon. Even though this had been shipped this is definitely better now than it was in Charnay - a couple extra months post bottling has done it good. Balanced and complete. Natural cork!

This is going to be fun.
 
This just arrived in TN, though I haven't had a chance to try it. Thoughts as to how much air to give it or is it a pop n'pour kinda thing?
 
Hey, when did this get into town? I had information from a usually reliable source that the wine would not be arriving until December. Hmm, or maybe that was the Ancien.
 
I got to the bottom of it - McCarthy did a special early order. They have the CdB, Morgon, and Fleurie. Should I bring some next week?? Dieter doesn't have it in regular stock yet.
