Opened this 2007 Beaujolais from Monsieur Jean-Paul Brun, for which it is specified on the back label, "This terroir-driven wine has naturally fermented with yeasts present on the skin of the grapes."
Super yum. Good body to it, surprising to me for the vintage, with a tannic kick at the end. Battled roast chicken and sweet potato mash and won (well, the pairing won).
