Victor, I'm confident you would find this pairing right on.

All of the pairings for this event were unusually good...in my view, at least.

Some people say they would have reversed the lamb/CNdP and quail/Burgundy courses, but I almost always prefer the classic approach with the Burgundy following the other selections.
