hOLY sWEET jEEZUS THIS IS GOOD.
Structurally, it reminds me quite a bit of a racier Cote d'Or white. It has just the teeniest smidgen of oxidized character. I had some while prepping dinner and it was good but nothing special. Dinner is a spanish tortilla with potatoes, turnips, tarragon, and orange rind. When I poured the wine with the food, it was instantly wonderful. Don't know if it was the pairing, the extra air for the wine, or what. My only complaint is that this is my last bottle.
