Wow. That sounds rather appalling. Does no internet wine advertising mean shops can't sell wine over the internet or simply that they can't advertise on other sites than their own?
 
Worse, a jounalist (from Le Figaro I think, i.e. a mainstream journal /not a wine journal) has been condemmed to prison on probation because he recommended in a food and drink column a champagne without warning that CHampagne can be hazardeous for your health ...
