Quick note on '00 Dauvissat Preuses

What's the deal with the bold font?

I had some problems with '99 Dauvissat wines although it could well have been the normal sort of problems that one finds as the result of distribution chain asshattery.

My current buying rules for white Burgundy limit me to a few producers in the Macon and an occasional bottle (primarily Chablis) that costs under $30 a bottle and is intended for early consumption. Which is to say, I hardly buy any.

2000 Dauvissat La Forest tonight was good, but contrary to some of the discussion above, was one of the most sulfur-laden wines I've had in a long time.
