If you happen to have any '04 Peillot Mondeuse lounging about the cellar, this would be a fine time to open one. A bottle tonight (from extremely chilly storage for the last few years) was remarkably aromatic and had quite resolved tannins. Really, it couldn't have been in a prettier place.
