numbers of growers in the natural wine world are using plastic fermenters.
I propose to drink plastic fermented wines out of plastic cups. Any recomendations on which wines i should put together for this event?

Actually why doesn't anyone discuss plastic and fiberglass fermenters (this includes me)? Every other container a lot more press, but when it comes to plastic/fiberglass I don''t think I've ever seen anyone proclaim so-and-so they like uses giant fiberglass cuves for elevage. I mean I never have, and I've enjoyed a great many wines made this way. I guess it just isn't romantic enough.

I''m actually serious, can anyone point me to anything written about plastic/fiberglass fermenters, or give me your thoughts? I know Hank is using some nifty plastic fermenters that are advertised to mimic the gentle oxidation of wood, but I haven't if they work.
