From Nino Perrino in Dolceacqua, better known for his Rossesse. Needs plenty of air to liberate the aromatics, but the texture is stunning. Low pH, high acid, high dry extract, dry and saline, all without veering into caricature territory. Since no one else from Singapore reads this site, I guess I'm not shilling. Thanks to Zul, a worthwhile detour on the way back to France. And one of my favourite labels in the world.
