I was doing some deep archeology cleaning out my car today and I discovered a half-finished bottle of 09 Pepiere. Its presence is as much a mystery as its half finished state. I have no memory of how it got there, which I take to mean it has been there a while (although, increasingly, I hesitate about such pronouncements about my memory).
Anyway, I am drinking it right now. I handed a glass to L and she went, mmmmmm. It is delicious. Tastes like it's been open maybe a couple of days.

Perhaps a resident pedant could explain whether this is an oxidative or oxidization miracle. Either way, I think it's interesting.
