Does anyone know Jim? He is already registered, and has received his password at least twice by email, but is in the queue to register again.

He should look in his inbox or spam filters for an email from the Politburo.

Apparently Yahoo search doesn't search the spam filters and I relied upon it rather than physically sorting through the spam folder. After a note from Evan (Thanks!) I had a revelation and discovered an email from the Politburo wandering around in the Spam.

I think penance may be required.
