Somehow I was a little slow buying my summer wines this year -- so of course I overbought and have half of them left. I still have Ameztoi, for God's sake. This was one of the leftovers.
Not greatly complex, but a perfect foil for sole meuniere; plenty of zing. Got some teeny little sole filets and some small juicy lemons. I make my meuniere with plenty of lemon juice, so any complex wine would be clobbered; this is just the right thing.
