Packing my apartment for an impending move to Seattle and draining all the bottles for which there is no reason to ship. 2003 Avvoltore and other crimes against humanity. Couldn't take it anymore and popped a Robinot. Figured with minimal sulfur I should cash in. Shipped from CSW in spring on truck and professionally stored until it was delivered to my (lukewarm) basement.

Stunning intensity on the nose. Heady but not hot. Rock quarries and berry fruit. Strawberry compote; cranberries shifting into dried flowers and herbs. All kinds of cut and length. AYFKM. Smokin'.
