Tasting with my Swiss importer and clients in Lucerne last night. So a bunch of Swiss learned that bobal exists and we all learned that gringet exists. Au Feu 09 D & P Belluard, AOC Savoie, is all gringet: unique combination of fleshy ripe apricot, citrus freshness and deep minerality. Wow.
