An orphan bottle of the most recent (11 months ago) "nouveau" release
2007 Pierre-Marie Chermette Cuve Beaujolais vielles vignes Primeur, $14, alc 12%, non-chaptalis..a fresh dinner roll smell comes out of the glass..crisp but somewhat sweet raspberry flavors with floral notes (?rose petal) on the palate.. not as crunchy as last year when it was younger but still quite pleasing..drying finish..
Probably could hold up 6-18 more months at least... definitely not the Duboeuf type of nouveau wine
