Luca Chardonnay Valle de Uco '09 -- Light gold/yellow, vanillin tones, apples and citrus fruits, good balance, a rather shy profile, medium texture, nice trueness to its fruit. [VG - E]
LaMadrid Estate Wines Cabernet Franc Reserva '09 -- Dark red, moderate berry aromas, noticeable spiciness, black pepper, medium body, good structure if a bit dry. [VG - E]
Altocedro Tempranillo Ano Cero '11 -- Deep red, dark fruits, plums, coconut, deep fruit flavors, some spice and earth, maybe some chocolate, medium complex, jammy style. [VG - E]
Cheval des Andes '06 -- Dark red, complex bouquet, tobacco, berries and cherries, roasted meat flavor, black fruits, velvety texture, quite full body, earth, brawny and youthful. [E]
Montes Carménère Purple Angel '09 -- Purple/red, abundant almost flamboyant bouquet, leather, currants, blueberries, solid core of fruit buffers the firm tannins, medium rich. [E]
Morandé Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc '08 -- Gold, lots of fruit, peaches, apricots, pears, good intensity and concentration, ample acid and balance, appealing simplistic style. [VG - E]
