Why is this paragon of cult still available? Got me two bottles, opened one with friends ten days ago, only gave it divided attention. Remember a romany nose, but somehow was not eager to drink. Opened the second last night, in the analytical sanctity of the home. Indeed, a lovely raspberry and dry twigs combo filled the air with grace. Lots of acidity, exotic fruit infused with herbs, backed by game tannins. But, again, I wasn't eager to drink. "What the hell is wrong with you?" Perhaps because the acidity is greater than the fruit, and the fruit is kind of jammy. Raspberry jam. Yessir. Nota ripe year, so how can the fruit be jammy? When DDA takes such loving care of the soil? Loves the soil more than the vines? Loves the vines more than the grapes? Loves the grapes more than the wines? Loves the wines more than the money? An hour later, when I went to bed, the raspberry jam was still there, potent, redolent of Tiptee. A seventy-two minute finish, timed on my stopwatch. Who wudda thunk? Why is this paragon of cult still available?
