Toward the medium-gold color of spectrum. Has the nose of a Mosel riesling, but the body and feel of Alsace, and marries it well indeed. Whitish orange fruits, think cool nectarine, white peach, rainier cherries, along with freshly shelled garden peas and a calcium-limestone minerality. There is a slight note of white pepper-capsicum on the finish. While the acidity is not out-and-out bracing, there is enough to balance and let this one age on it's material for awhile yet. Really delicious and refreshing. 12% [Ap 2 594 581 05 07] A- (cork broke in bottle)
