Opened my last bottle of 1999 Juge, Cornas Cuvée C this evening and it was the best bottle of the case. The Burgundy of Cornas is an apt descriptor. Accompanying a pasta dish with chicken, fennel, onions and garlic, it was a flavorful, distinctive but not overwhelming pairing.
A plan comes together . . .
