Another candlelit supper

I was quite disappointed by my first bottle of 2008 Drouhin moray St. Denis Clos Sorbe but this second one is verging on wow territory.

Beautiful silken texture, ripe strawberries, some moss on the nose, ripe without bring overripe, just beautiful.

But I'm really getting tired of eating by candlelight. At least Arnold will hopefully be returning from civilized lands tomorrow.
