Yep, and others will follow. It ain't gonna be pretty. I wonder if he'll still take on the task of coordinating the Hospice du Rhone after he moves?
 
That is really bad news...he is a nice and hardworking guy (maybe not always the best business man but who can say)...he did/does love this business
