12% alcohol; petillant skin-fermented sauvignon blanc. Not disgorged and under crown cap. About $24 and to be released Saturday, the 9th.
Kevin and I did a little trading; Diane and I opened this two nights ago.
Initial grapefruit aromas and flavors, no yeasty smells despite the bubbles and a very easy wine to drink.
Kevin says there others in the world that make a similar wine but this is my first encounter.
Enjoyable and horizon expanding at a reasonable price.
