6 top-gun north rhone for the 10th anniversary of the TGJP

We made a very nice dinner at the TGJP in Paris last friday for the 10th anniversary of the TGJP with 6 north rhone (Jamet & Faurie), 4 whites (Cotat, Boxler & others) & Cole K., well known in Paris as "tête de lard". see

The lardo came from Eat's in Milan (see here: http://www.eatstore.it/beta/sezione.asp?idsez=5&strut=1 ). While the 99 CFE probably needed more time to settle down the lardo (served on warmed baguette) received high marks from the TGJP.
