Up for a burg/riesling dinner in NYC Mon 1/28?

I'll be coming up that afternoon for a two day work conference and I think I'll be free for dinner that evening. Now, I have to be in attendance at 8 in the morning so I can't do a late night - but I'd love to get together with a few of you for a nice dinner with good wines. Anyone I know up for it?

And are we restricted to red burg and riesling? well, I guess not - but I probably won't drink anything else (ok, Joe, I'll certainly drink your Huets).
 
Would love to come but my wife snagged that evening for her own outing purposes just a few days ago! (And alas our son is not yet able to supervise himself throughout the evening and we do not have regular babysitting)

Just use Pronamel toothepaste and you'll be fine. At least that's what all the commercials say.
